We would love to host your event at our studio! You will find our rates & conditions below. Get in touch to chat further!
1/2 day bookings: $220 per morning / afternoon + cleaning fee
Full day (8am-5.30pm): $370 per day (discussion needs to be had depending on day and our class schedule) + cleaning fee.
Hourly rate: $75 per hour + cleaning fee
Regular bookings: Discounts available for regular bookings or bulk bookings (a few days etc). We re happy to work with you to make things work for a more consistent arrangement.
Cleaning / Open / Close fee: We charge a flat fee of $55 for opening / closing and cleaning after your event. Someone has to be available to let you in and lock up afterwards.
Numbers: In line with COVID regulations, we can comfortably hold 15 students + the teacher in our studio. Before COVID we would fit 20 into the space and we will keep in line with government recommendations.
Props included:
- 20+ yoga Mats
- 20+ yoga straps
- 40+ yoga blocks
- 15 bolsters
- 20 blankets (cotton)
- Tissues, paper towels
For hire:
- Hot Yoga towels ($3 each must be paid on square)
Promotion from Brave:
- The studio can post 2 Social Media (Instagram and Facebook) posts on our account to our followers (content such as images and copy must be supplied).
- A poster can be arranged in the front reception for you also (all content needs to be supplied, we can print at the studio).
- A post on our website under ‘Workshops’ can also be arranged if all content is provided.
- Emails to our members is an additional cost (we would need to discuss further)

Payment: A 50% deposit is required up front to book your event in the calendar. If your event is cancelled you will receive the deposit back minus a $50 booking fee. If an event is moved twice the booking fee will be charged on the second move.
